Using mostly Vanuatu organic flavours and fresh produces, our chefs endeavour to prepare the best blend of Melanesian and Mediterranean cuisine.  As our kitchen only cooks on request, we can easily adjust to special diet requirements (such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or lactose free).  The restaurant offers a lighter lunch menu on week days.

We are very happy to welcome day visitors so long as they have a meal in our restaurant.  Please note that water taxis are not allowed to land on the resort jetty.

The Nakamal

Just a few steps from the beach under an amazing unique roof in pure Melanesian traditional style is the Nakamal (meeting place).  The Nakamal is our main restaurant but it is also the melting point of the resort where all our guests commingle. Guests can relax in comfortable sofas reading a book while enjoying a fresh lime juice or cocktail.

The Beach Fare

The Beach Fare is an extension of our main restaurant. This local style fare on the beach is the ideal spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets while sipping your favourite drink and listening to the waves breaking on the beach.

You might be lucky enough to see dolphins, dugong or turtles while enjoying your breakfast.

Our Jetty

The jetty can also be booked for a romantic dinner (weather permitting).  It is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.  There is a VUV 3,000 set up fee for visitors.

The kitchen is open from 7.30 am all day to ensure a fully relaxing experience. We can also organise room service in your villa..
