Using mostly Vanuatu organic flavours and fresh produces, our chefs endeavour to prepare the best blend of Melanesian and Mediterranean cuisine. As our kitchen only cooks on request, we can easily adjust to special diet requirements (such as Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten Free).
The kitchen is open from 7.30 am all day to ensure a fully relaxing experience. We can also organise room service in your bungalow.
